Machine features
● This machine is designed as a side and back angle combination model, which combines the side angle module, front and back angle module together. Back angle mode can be switched by one button, to realize side and back angle combined grinding, or side and front angle combined grinding. The process formula can be adjusted flexibly with simple operation which is very practical.
● A special vertical grinding method with double grinding heads is used for side angle, both side angles of alloy tips are formed by one-time grinding. Various special tooth shapes can be ground, such as: left and right tooth, wide and narrow tooth, etc..
● The machine is controlled by full bus servo PLC program, which can realize remote data monitoring and basic data acquisition. Centripetal angle of tooth side is interpolated ground, angle adjustment is flexible and easy. Circumferential angle of tooth side is also controlled by servo motor with high degree of automation. Variety of grinding modes are available, grinding wheel loss is compensated automatically according to actual loss value. Physical button and electronic handwheel combined to set the tool easily.
● Back angle grinding program includes special tooth shape editing function(tooth shape editing can be saved), common tooth shape selection can be realized by one button, such as: flat tooth, left and right tooth etc..
● Quick grinding mode could be selected for common tooth shape, which saves grinding wheel spindle left-right rotation time, improves work efficiency. Left and right tooth, etc..
● Automatic compensation of grinding wheel loss could be set according to actual loss value. Compensation for left tooth, right tooth, flat tooth and 45° chamfering angle could be set separately, to avoid inaccurate compensation to different grinding angle, and improve grinding accuracy of alloy tips.
● This machine adopts a 3-axis truss manipulator to load/unload blades automatically, detect automatically, multi-blades error correct automatically, which makes the machine operate stable, positioning accurate, high efficient and labor saved, one worker could manage multiple equipments.
● The grinding mechanism is of modular design, main parts use cast iron with high rigidity and good stability. Adopts Taiwan Hiwin precision roller guide rail, Japan NSK precision bearing which make grinding accuracy ≤0.02mm.
● The guide rail drive module mechanism and electrical cabinet are closed at the back, which are completely separated from grinding and cutting fluid; electric lubrication pump is used to control oil supply; these prolongs service life of equipment.
