● This machine is a special equipment for the corner grinding of professional grade carbide circular saw blades.
● The OMRON PLC and Mitsubishi servo motor are used to realize the automatic micro-feed. The amount of the feed can be set, the grinding precision is high, and the grinding wheel loss is low.
● It can complete all tooth shape grinding in one time: including left and right teeth, left and right flat, right and left, left and right flat, ladder flat teeth, single oblique teeth, N left M right and other tooth shapes.
● The left and right teeth and the flat teeth program are optimized. The left teeth are completely ground, and the right teeth are ground to reduce the turning time of the grinding head, improve the stability of the machine, and improve the work efficiency.
● The grinding wheel can realize the automatic compensation of the left and right teeth, ensuring the equal height of the left and right teeth, and also realizing the automatic compensation function of the grinding wheel wear, without manual feeding, which ensures the consistency of the product.
